MUST offers dental coverage to you and your family as part of your benefit package.
Dental Health Services
The current MUST dental coverage is through Dental Health Services (DHS). Most basic procedures are covered at 100%. To view the complete listing of coverages, select the schedule of benefits link below.
Select a provider from the DHS list when you initially enroll. When you are ready, just simply call the provider listed on your DHS ID card for an appointment. Tell them you have DHS and give them your Social Security number.
Please note, this coverage will end on April 30, 2026.
Liberty Dental Plan
Effective May 1, 2026, MUST offers dental PPO coverage through Liberty Dental Plan. The plan includes deductibles, annual maximums and co-insurance requirements for certain services. To view the complete list of covered services, select the schedule of benefits link below.
You may choose a dentist within Liberty Dental Plan’s network (in-network) or choose a dentist outside the network (out-of-network). Take advantage of lower out-of-pocket costs by using an in-network dentist. When you are ready, simply call the dentist of your choice to schedule your appointment.
Avoid Balance Billing
Out-of-Network dentists are not contracted with Liberty Dental Plan and can “balance bill” you the difference between their usual charges and the maximum amount the plan reimburses for that specific procedure
